Peppermint crunch

Red and Green Peppermint flavored crunch perfect for holiday bark and topping on cakes and cupcakes.

The large grind is the classic peppermint crunch for Peppermint Bark. 

- half pound of peppermint crunch

- one pound of merckens white chocolate coating

- a few drops of peppermint oil (to taste)

Melt chocolate, mix in crunch and peppermint oil.  Spread onto parchment or silicone mat.   After the chocolate has cooled, break into pieces for bark.
