• JEM Garrett frill cutter, great for creating frills on cakes and for clothe detailing on models.
• Simply pop the cutter in your JEM roller pad, grease the cutter with JEM petal base, pop your paste over the top and roll your rolling pin over the back of the cutter to achieve neat, clean cut outs.
