Introduction to Fondant

Introduction to fondant will cover the basic skills of working with fondant to decorate a basic cake. The skills learned in this class will include: how to roll out fondant and apply to the cake, creating a simple gum paste flowers, and cutting shapes and ribbon borders. You will decorate a two layer cake, which you will take home at the end of class. This class has a maximum of 10 participants.
All supplies and equipment for this class are included in the price. All you need to do is show up ready to learn.
All class sales are final but may be transferred to another individual. If class minimum enrollment is not met with 24 hours prior to the start of class Little Bitts may cancel the class. Participants who have already paid will have the option of payment being returned in full or credit transferred to another class.
